Who runs this page: Mark Jonson, trading as Trading Wand, is responsible for the launch-interest list. Contact: Markabbxx@proton.me.
Your choice: sending the launch-interest email requests a launch notification and details of any early-bird offer. We use your email address and message to respond and send those requested updates, based on your consent. No payment or subscription is created. Do not include account numbers, financial details or other sensitive information in your request.
Where information goes: messages are handled through Proton Mail and your own email provider. The website has no signup database and does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Cloudflare hosts the page and may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. See Proton’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Your address will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing.
How long: launch-list details will be removed after the requested launch and early-bird communications are complete, or after 12 months from your enquiry, whichever comes first. If you withdraw sooner, we will remove you from the list and stop these updates.
Your rights: withdraw your consent at any time by emailing “remove me” to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can also contact Mark Jonson to request access, correction or deletion, or exercise other applicable data-protection rights. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
